“I am INCREDIBLY grateful I stumbled upon this company in Grants Pass. There are two other major dme companies in Grants Pass that I was "stuck with" (read as poor customer service and crummy follow-through, every order submitted multiple times, etc.) for 15+ years...until now. Todays DME, and proprietor Melody Hannah, is MORE than a breath of fresh air as she listens, she cares, she knows her stuff, and her pricing is better than I've been paying. Why wouldn't I recommend her as a 5-star over those other no-stars? 1 star for products, 1 for service, 1 for image, 1 for being easy to work with, and 1 for overall value = 5 stars.”
