Per standard insurance guidelines, you can get a new machine every 5 years. If your pressures have changed and your Dr orders a completely different type of machine (IE going from CPAP to APAP, or APAP to BiPAP, etc) you maybe able to get a new machine sooner. Discuss this option with your Dr.
